EXTREME COLD WARNING for the Butte/Blackfoot, Potomac/Seeley Lake, and West Glacier Regions, and Flathead and Mission Valleys tonight through Monday morning. Overnight lows will drop to 15 to 30 below zero, with some areas seeing temperatures as low as 40 below. Local power outages and burst pipes are possible due to extreme cold.
WIND CHILL ADVISORY for the Missoula and Bitterroot Valleys tonight through Monday morning. Wind chills as low 25 below zero expected.
FLOOD WARNING for the Madison River near Ennis. An ice jam is causing minor flooding along highway 287.
FLOOD WARNING for the Gallatin River near Logan. An ice jam is causing water to backup onto Logan Trident Road northeast of the bridge.

Dangerous wind chills through Monday as arctic high pressure grips NBC Montana. Clear to partly cloudy skies with gusty winds.
Highs only in the single digits Sunday and Monday. Near record lows are expected Sunday and Monday as we drop into the 10s, 20s and 30s below zero. The coldest lows will be in the Butte area and along the continental divide.
Our next weather maker will arrive late Wednesday bringing a round of snow to NBC Montana. Snow could become more moderate Thursday morning for the Bitterroot and Clearwater Mountains and Bitterroot and Missoula Valleys.
Highs will finally start warming back to the 30s by Thursday of next week. We should be in the lower 40s in early March.
