It’s been more than four-five seconds since Rihanna and Paul McCartney joined each other in the studio, but the once-collaborators were delighted to bump into each other on a post-holiday flight.
On Friday (Nov. 29), the Beatle approached Rihanna to say hello on a late night trip, and she proceeded to broadcast the run-in on her Instagram Story from her seat.
“I’m about to put you on blast, Mr. McCartney,” she says in between giggles. “How are you on my flight?! Who is this peasant filming this legend?!” McCartney plays along, and the two exchange a few laughs.
The pair teamed up with Kanye West on their single “FourFive Seconds” in 2015, which they performed at the 57th annual Grammy Awards and during McCartney’s headlining set at the Desert Trip music festival in 2016.
